Your Microsoft 365 tenant
This lets us connect securely and set up your Microsoft partner relationship.
Not sure of your .onmicrosoft.com name? It is the original domain Microsoft gave you. We can confirm it for you if needed.
Where do I find my Microsoft 365 admin details?
You need to be a Global Administrator to finish setup, because Microsoft requires an admin to approve our connection. If that is not you, ask whoever runs your IT.
1. Sign in at admin.microsoft.com with your work account.
2. Your domain is under Settings → Domains; the original one ends in .onmicrosoft.com.
3. To check you are a Global Admin, open Users → Active users, find yourself and look at your roles.
If you can sign in and see all users and settings, you almost certainly have what we need.
To manage your account we set up a Microsoft partner connection: a reseller relationship so your Microsoft licensing can sit with us, delegated admin (GDAP) giving us only the time-limited roles we need to support you, and a partner link so Microsoft recognises us as your partner. Your admin approves it with one click and can revoke it any time.
What is a Global Administrator, and how do I approve the connection?
A Global Administrator (often shortened to "GA") is the top-level admin account in Microsoft 365. It can see and change everything in your tenant: users, licences, security and billing. Microsoft only lets a Global Administrator approve a partner connection, so this step has to be done by one.
Not sure who yours is? In admin.microsoft.com go to Users → Active users, open a person, and look for the "Global Administrator" role. Most small businesses have one or two people with it.
Approving the connection (GDAP) takes under a minute:
1. Open the approval link we email you.
2. Sign in with your Global Administrator account.
3. Review the access being requested and click Accept.
Tip: use a private window. If your browser is already signed in to a different Microsoft account, the approval can pick up the wrong one. The clean way is to open the link in a private (incognito) window and sign in fresh as the Global Administrator:
Chrome or Edge: press Ctrl+Shift+N. Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P. On a Mac: Cmd+Shift+N. Then paste the link into that window and sign in.
